JUNKIN' LIKE CRAZY OR CRAZY JUNKIN'?

Hey, Y'all! Just checking in so y'all know I'm still alive and junkin' like CrAzY! It has been a whirlwind around here.
We did the Junk Hippy Roadshow in Rosenberg, TX a few weekends ago. It was a JUNKIN' SMASHING success!! Many vendors including GARDEN CAT VINTAGE all but SOLD OUT! (An empty trailer is a good thing!) We met so many wonderful new

Garden Cat Vintage at Junk Hippy Roadshow in Rosenberg, TX.
friends who were customers and other great vendors too.

Thanks to Gypsy Green for bringing her FANTASTIC

JUNK HIPPY ROADSHOW to the HOUSTON area!!

Two days after JUNK HIPPY ROADSHOW, we hopped on a plane and headed to Seattle for a quick spring break trip.
And yes, it was cold and rainy--very typical of early March weather in the Great Pacific Northwest, but the hospitality was WARM and FRIENDLY at some of my favorite junkin' spots!
After a swing through many of the great THRIFT stores in Bellevue, WA I finally made it to one of my
favorite boutiques, Common Folk Co.

This lovely boutique has a great mix of new and vintage. It's hard to resist the wonderful vignettes. Yes! I did some shopping here for sure.

Next mandatory junkin' stop was M & M

Antiques in Monroe, WA. I've blogged about this INCREDIBLE antique mall here before. Now, many of

my junkin' buddies are dealers at this antique mall--Today's Country Farm & FrillsDebi Bock's

Vintage Lilli, and Ormolulu to name but a few of the fantastic dealers here.

My last stop before I had to catch a plane back to Houston, was Abundance Vintage in Centralia,

WA. I spent a rainy afternoon gleefully shopping the fabulous booths at this wonderful antique mall. I'm happy to

report that Abundance Vintage is home to even more of my sweet junkin' buddies, including

Abundance Vintage owner and Texas native, Susan Delaire, Restitched USA/Blue Ewe, and Primitive Whimsy.

After five days of concentrated visiting, eating, and JUNKIN' here's some of the treasures I took back to home to Texas.

Until next time,
PEACE, LOVE, AND
ALL THE GOOD STUFF TO YOU,
Sweet Friends!
